Description

A vanitas is a traditional type of painting, contrasting symbols of wealth with the inevitability of death – a reminder of the futility of material striving. It’s a little bit goth.

This palette knife painting uses acrylic paints on 6mm mdf board, and is varnished with acid-free acrylic varnish. It measures 42cm square, and is supplied with fittings for hanging attached.
